I have been a Blazers fan my entire 26 years and can't remember the last time I missed a game. I'm from the Portland area but I live and work in Mexico currently. Thanks to NBA League Pass Broadband International I never have to miss a game, even those that are blacked out in the U.S. as those restrictions don't apply here (even though some of them do air here as well on national TV).
Apparently I'm part of the minority contingent who was able to watch tonight's game in its entirety. The League Pass feed was that of the Lakers local broadcast. It both confounds and frustrates me to think that if I'd actually been in PORTLAND I wouldn't have been able to watch the game on TV from the opening tip.
Is it just me or is the system seriously flawed when a guy in Monterrey, Mexico (and anywhere outside the U.S. for that matter) can watch a Blazer game from beginning to end on a perfectly legal NBA-sanctioned stream when people in Portland have to wait until the 3rd quarter to see it on TV???
