That's fourth highest odds, not fourth seed
As AK reminded me last night, 3 of the top 4 seeds go to the division winners. Which is kinda lame, imo, since it means that one of the LA teams is going to get home court advantage, despite possibly having one or two teams with better records behind them. NW and SW are soooo much deeper than the Pacific, right now.
