does Alaska count?
if so, I’d include Mario “Supernintendo” Chalmers on the list, along with Carlos Boozer.

and Trajan Langdon for those situational moments when you just need an Alaskan Assassin

I did not think of that.
Thanks for the heads up
I'm going to be doing a fanpost soon
on the recent influx of Portland born Highschool talent, of which you missed Mike Moser who is tearing it up at UNLV & Kyle Wiltjer who is stuck on the Kentucky bench behind Jonesy.
Paul Allen, the 2011 Trail Blazers Owner/GM
I'm real high on Moser.
Well, high on him considering the lack of attention he’s received and his likely draft position.
Phase 1: Collect underpants
Phase 2: ???
Phase 3: Profit!
I think you got them all.

well, if we're going past and present, you could blow that list up.

I think the real question is...
… could we win a single game against any other “region” of the USA? That’s a pretty talent-meager list.
in our defense
the NW is the least populous geographic region, so the pool of potential talent is smaller. A starting five of Chalmers, Terry, Dunleavy/Webster, Boozer and Love, with Crawford off the bench would be decent, albeit undersized in the middle.
But probably not good enough to beat any other region. Unless Martell scores 20 points in a quarter and Terry goes 6/8 on threes.
Is Jon Brockman from the area or did he just play for Gonzaga?
(But if you’ve included Turiaf, who is actually French…)
ALL TIME TEAM
limited to 12, of course:
PG: Stockton, Payton
SG: Roy, AC Green, Brent Barry
SF: Danny Ainge, Doug Christie
PF: Love, Detlef Schrempf, Boozer,
C: James Donaldson…. Hawes?
The guards are impressive enough… The list of viable big men is pretty sad. I had to consider the likes of Hawes, Turiaf, James Edwards, Phil Jackson, etc. to play Center. I’m probably missing somebody, though. I guess I’d take Jackson as the coach, at least.
Holding out for Devyn
Why did I write AC Green down as a guard?
…. um…. let’s just start him at C, bump Hawes and call it good.

This team is looking suddenly very respectable….

forgot to drop ac from the sg position
"I told somebody to stop crying," Pendergraph said after the game. "Actually, I told them all to stop crying."
A couple additions
Ron Lee at guard, Greg Ballard at forward. and Steve Johnson at Center
