Dre Not Thrilled with Role in Denver
This should be familiar. Miller is an honest dude. He's playing behind Lawson, and he's made a career of being underrated.

"At this point in my career, I don't see myself as a backup," Miller, who entered the NBA in 1999, said in an interview with FOXSports.com. "For 13 years, I wasn't a backup before. This is a short season (due to the lockout), so I'll deal with it. But I don't see myself as a backup at this point in my career. I don't see that."

Not much, right? An entire article based on that. So let us put it into perspective with the one quote from Coach Karl...
"I'm glad he's proud of himself and he wants to play," Karl said. "But I think this still is the best opportunity for him."

When asked a hierarchical question Miller is going to answer it honestly. It's interesting only in the sense that Lawson and Miller present very different games in a system that probably caters more to Lawson than Miller yet Karl seems to take a shining to Miller based on seniority and familiarity.

Trade Felton for Miller!
Hoonestly, Dre is the better PG and would have excelled in our new uptempo offense.

"Dre . . . would have excelled in our new uptempo offense"
I think folks are missing the sarcasm.
"Tom Lawson McCall, Governor or Oregon, invites you to visit . . . Washington, Idaho, Nevada, or Afghanistan." --Pair of bumper stickers on our baby blue 1966 Plymouth Fury III when I was growing up in Portland, BC (Before Championship).
that's supposed to be sarcastic?
dre’s been good with lots of teams both slow and fast, and is continuing to outplay felton.
i keep dancing on my own.

I would rather have Miller posting up
and BTW Felton is 5 for 30 from three this year and is actually shooting a lower % on 3’s than Dre.

Exactly. Shooting them; yes, making them...ehhh, not so much.
Blunts and cupcakes...Bumble Bee's secret weapon.
I'd rather have our LMA in the post
and our PG playing point
