‘Lockout League’ Is Set to Tip Off in Las Vegas

Two weeks of all NBA players to play competitively starting Sept. 12th. Games to be streamed live over the internet. About 8 teams with 7-8 players on each team. NBA rules except 10 minute quarters. Box scores will be kept. Standings will be posted.
