thanks for the FAQ
I was just thinking about getting angry over droid not having one until I read that

Yeah the FAQ was indeed a nice touch.
Now just the WebOS people will be upset. “I paid $99 for my tablet and don’t get a SBNation App??”
totally with you Timmay!,
but I have one.
Luckily, I prefer BEdge in HTML5 :)

Just taking a guess here...
…but I bet the answer is “in time”. Apps take coding time (even between different Apple products), and Android has a big market share to cover.
not too shabby
Checking it out now. Using iPhone keyboard on iPad is a little weird but it works.

Is it better than using Safari?
I don’t have much trouble using Bedge on my ipad currently. I can see how a good app would be nice, but if it’s pixel doubled it’s unlikely to be worth it. And apparently you can’t rec and stuff which you can from Safari.
Disclaimer: everything I know about basketball I learned on Blazersedge.
not necessarily better
It’s faster to load stuff up. It is pixel doubled and the fizziness that creates.
Seems like they should just spend the time to make it a universal app.
But as an initial release, it ain’t bad.
The biggest disadvantage is no landscape mode.

Nope.
I’m sticking with the brick.

awsome!
Now i can get up to the minute updates for all this Lockout garage articles! WTB NBA season!
can't see fanshots promoted to home page
Can’t see spears or robbins articles, for example, from that app. Fanshots, especially those promoted to main page are often interesting. thoughts?
You should contact them using the "Contact us" link at the bottom of this page
It’s possible nobody has reported the problem yet, it’s a new product.
sounds nice
another good app is POR-Hoops News. gather news from different sources, including blazersedge and alerts you when it updates
Posting from the app now
It seems to be working. I think the mobile version of the site may be better….

It’s too bad that it takes you to the top of the screen with every post or refresh. That will make it tough for game day threads.
by Jblaze on Aug 25, 2011 7:19 PM PDT via iPhone app up reply actions
yeah
That is a bummer. All you need is a Krang comment and you’re scrolling forever every time you post. :)

Dave, I think you missed a copy and paste up there, or is that just your way of protesting a forced post by your SB Nation overlords?
by Jblaze on Aug 25, 2011 9:16 PM PDT via iPhone app reply actions
Fixed belatedly
Thanks. Didn’t see the second insert.
No protest here. I think the app is a great idea.

first post with the app.
What’s with not showing fanposts/shots that were bumped to the front page on the front page? Am I missing something. Mobile site FTW!
