Hmmm -------------------- The reference is to New Jersey Nets point guard Deron Williams, who agreed to terms on a one-year deal with Besiktas of the Turkish league last week. The deal reportedly includes an opt-out clause should the NBA return from its lockout. Aldridge and Williams are in very different positions in terms of their contracts. Williams will have the ability to opt-out of his current contract following the 2011-2012 season. Aldridge is signed with the Blazers through 2014-2015.
