No reason to publicly say it that way. If there can’t be any public discussion of why we let KP go, there shouldn’t be any public scorning of him either. “Blazers would NEVER rehire KP” sounds like something somebody would say after getting out of one of those unresolvable differences divorces or something. Since we don’t know the story, we can’t really say who’s right, but that is the kind of no-discussion, open-and-shut type of opinion that I am distrustful of.
