No, this is not another post about how Brandon is "Washed up" or about how we need to relinquish ourselves of his contract via Amnesty Clause... no. In fact this post is the complete opposite... this post is a "Welcome Back Brandon, I support you, unlike the other blazer fans." post. I am in full support of keeping Brandon. Yeah, yeah... his knees... he will never have the same lift... he will never be the same... he cant play 40 minutes a game like he used to and single handed-ly win games for us. Okay. Check game 4. yeah, yeah... you cant judge him off of two games.. okay, well how can you judge him off of 20 games playing 20 minutes or less after coming off of double knee surgery. How? i dont get it. uh,duh he wont return back to normal within a month of double knee surgery. He brought our organization back to life. Yet you put him below Oden. Everybody is scrambling for ways to keep Oden on the team, and throwing out Roy. When Oden just had two microfracture knee surgeries himself. Not to mention the rumors Oden doesn't even want to be here. Yet, you still throw out Roy, and beg for Oden. Brandon has the whole summer to rest. Get his lift back, and get better, he may not be the Roy of 08-09, but he can be the heart of the team and the 15 point 5 assist man, and the distraction to get the likes of LA, Batum, Matthews and Wallace open. It upsets me fans want to so un-heartedly rid of Roy. Do me a favor please, watch this video:
