Brevity is the soul of wit

Consider the 2008 NCAA championship game. Kansas completes a late rally with a very difficult shot just before the buzzer to send the game into overtime, where Kansas wins the game. All of the analysis of that game, the relative skills of the players and their abilities hinge on whether or not Chalmers makes that shot. Because that shot went in Chalmers gets labeled as “clutch”. However if that shot hadn’t have gone in, despite almost nothing about the game changing, everything about the players changes. Rose is a champion, Chalmers isn’t clutch, and so on and so forth.

To condense that into 3 sentences is why this is clever.
