Okay, so everyone has an idea of what we should do with our team this offseason.  Obviously this is all armchair-GM business so we need to take it for a grain of salt.

Bi Annual Exception  (roughly 1.67 million for first year, correct me if I'm wrong)

Mid - Level Exception  (roughly 6 million?)

My Scheme:

Trade Rudy, 2nd round pick, and cash to T'Wolves for 20th pick

Stand pat with 21st pick

Select Nolan Smith with 20th pick and the best remaining big (Vucevic, Faried, or Harper) with the 21st pick.

With Biannual Exception sign Chuck Hayes.

With Mid-Level Exception get Carl Landry and/or Wilson Chandler. 

Use CBA clause on Roy for flexibility to sign Crawford.

Trade Babbitt for a future pick.

Waive Mills.

This leaves

Dre  /  Smith  /  A. Johnson

Matthews  /  Crawford  /  Williams

Wallace  /  Batum  /  Chandler

Aldridge  / Landry

Grading:

Plausibility receives a grade (i.e. if you think it could be done)
