Canzano: Blazers GM Rich Cho Admits He Considered Roy Suspension

John Canzano of The Oregonian reports on Twitter that Portland Trail Blazers GM Rich Cho considered disciplining guard Brandon Roy for his emotional comments following Game 2 of the team's first round series against the Dallas Mavericks. ------------------------- Blazers source: GM Rich Cho pushed for Roy suspension after Game 2 comments. He was met with resistance from [Blazers coach Nate] McMillan and owner Paul Allen. Cho did not return calls or messages seeking comment. ------------------------- Cho is in Chicago for the pre-draft combine. Thanks to BlazerFanSince1970 for getting there first in the FanShots. Update: Canzano reports on Sunday: "Cho confirmed Saturday that he initially considered suspending Roy but backed off that and settled on a closed-door meeting with the player.
