Well what do you have to say now about ole washed up BRoy? Admit it, part of you is pissed he took over the game like the player we once knew as it kills your perception of him. No, I doubt he will ever be the same Roy night after night, but damn what a time for him to show us he aint dead yet, nes pas?
Speaking of the French, what the heck are we to think about Nic BaWhom? The dude is wilting under the spotlight of the playoffs big time IMO (perhaps it's because of the scary German he often guards)?. Given that so many here consider him untouchable (I don't) don't you think we should expect more than 12 pts in the last two games total and a whopping 6 boards all series. Gee, don't strain yourself Nic, would hate to have you make an actual effort. Let's face it, if we are not smart and trade him while he has some decent value we are going to be looking at Webster/Outlaw part trois. Both are players we held onto too long, and their actual ability (deficiencies) overrode whatever potential other GM's might have envisioned previously. I know I should be more ecstatic about the win than this post indicates but I am awful upset that our team looked like a JV squad for virtually the entire game until ONE washed up, has been said not on my watch, and willed us to victory.
