I am a 25 year old single dad and me and my 3 year old son are huge Blazer fans and STILL huge fans of Brandon Roy.The playoffs are here. We played tough in game 1 and fell a little short. I visit BlazersEdge every day. All of us know Brandon is dealing with knee problems. He chose to have surgeries that most likely will bring him pain for his whole life. And yet, people on here continue to throw him under the bus. Brandon is clearly trying to help the team. He is out there. He's not being selfish. He's trying to fit in and help. Do you people forget Game 4 vs Phoenix last year? Just from a business standpoint. Why would an all-star days after surgery risk his career putting himself out there? Cuz he's Brandon Roy. He is a good husband, father, and a darn good basketball player and teammate. He owes us fans nothing. He's given all that he can. And he continues to go out there. How many years were we the Jail Blazers? And honestly, Brandon and LaMarcus primarily revived Rip City. You all can criticize Nate, Brandon, LaMarcus, WHOEVER. Take a second. Think about how special this is. These guys need to hear how proud we are to be represented by them.
