Batum's Unlikely Oop vs. Roy's Prayer Three

Stay connected for news and updates

So, which is the better game winning shot, Batum's recent Alley-Oop finish against the Spurs or Roy's turnaround three pointer against the rockets back in 2008-09?   I've seen a lot of debate going around comparing these two plays, so I thought we should roll it into a single thread topic.

Arguments for Batum's shot:

Normally a predictable play; highly unlikely; sneakier; against the best team in the league; more of a team play (Andre's lob is not to be forgotten); capped a more unlikely comeback; followed two coolly drained free throws by Batum; made closer to the playoffs.

Batum's Backdoor Oop

Arguments for Roy's shot:

The shot was from way downtown; higher degree of difficulty (debate on this topic?); play made by our all-star player;do-or-die (we were down, whereas we were tied when Batum made his shot), the shot was in overtime; capped some amazing plays by Roy (check the sequence); Roy redeemed for his foul; the game was on TNT (the Spurs game was on Comcast).

Sequence Leading up to Roy's buzzer beater.

I am giving my vote to Roy's shot, mainly because it was do-or-die.  Of course, Batum's shot came against the league's best team, which counts for an awful lot as well.  Mainly I just want to see some discussion on this subject.
