According to lithuaniabasketball.com's Simonas Baranauskas, the Portland Trail Blazers were one of the NBA teams that sent a scout to watch lottery prospect Jonas Valanciunas this Thursday, March the 17th. His team, Lietuvos Rytas, defeated Dnipro Dnepropetrovsk in the VTB United League, 116-78, and Valanciunas scored 14 points.
