FYI - this is a NOTES on the bottom of O Live
take that with a salt lick.
if anyone can find a NBA official release/tweet, that’d be cool.

They usually do research for the notes in JQ's articles, it's reasonable to assume he's correct
NBA TV doesn’t usually pop a high rating, and a resurgent Blazer team against a reeling Heat team could certainly pop a rating. This is likely correct.
And hey, they got to watch the Blazers thump the Heat down the stretch. Bonus!
drink it in you lucky viewers you!
you just saw the coming out party of the Trailblazer buzzsaw

that's because of the Blazers
the heat couldn’t pull that number if they took their talents to the Charlie Sheen Super Bowl Halftime show.

It's because of the Heat
As the losses for the Heat mounted, speculation grew over how long the streak would last. A lot of people expected the Heat to snap the losing streak against Portland.
id agree
i imagine miami would be on a local channel, not nbatv in miami, so likely its ppl wanting to a) see blazers, or b) see the heat lose, or c ) see the heat snap the streak

Yeah, but who cares?
The important thing is that all those people saw the Blazers romp on the Heat. Great media exposure for our guys!
