Was the JD disbanded at some point? I've been working some long hours recently, and thought I may have missed something. If so, by all means, I can delete this thread and we can continue to feel as though our opinions are relevant to NBA gm's.
God willing, by the time I post this, Chris Paul will be a TrailBlazer. Apparently, all it takes is a starting PG - Andre Miller - youngish player w/ whispers of star potential - Nicolas Batum - some draft picks, and yadda yadda yadda CP3 delivers the rings to all of us in our respective homes and or places of business. (Well, 10.4% at home or last known address, undisclosed percentages at various retirement homes and/or urban camping sites, and the remainder of us at the jobs we're stuck with). I would encourage everyone to look on the brighter side of life, but as it turns out that was the first half against the Lakers and already a distant memory.
Side Note: For those of us dependent on ESPN's game cast, can someone let me know why we stopped going to LA for the better part of the last 29 minutes of the game. I know Dave and Ben touched on it, but any rudimentary speculation would help. Watching a score continually update and seeing no change in any of his stats outside of minutes and turnovers was a bit alarming.
Anyhow, this is the JD. Something meant to take the edge off. Don't kill each other fellow fans. We're all literate and represented individuals capable of more. Some jumping off points Robin Williams could appreciate.
Anyone's web acumen go beyond blogging? If so, are the Hornets online? Can we simply reassign Chris Paul, or at the very least, attack his website in order to portray NOH fans as 'so over' him (thus ensuring he puts the screws to the team this summer and forces a trade.
Link any other stories below, but know, we've all read it.
