Well, that wasn't unexpected. The Blazers were able to stay in it for a half, but were outplayed after the intermission, slowly succumbing to the Denver attack. LaMarcus Aldridge followed up his 40-11 with 18 points and 9 rebounds on 7-13 shooting. Andre Miller had 11 points and 10 assists, but shot 3-14 from the floor and turned it over five times.

After beginning the game with a barrage of three-pointers, Wesley Matthews suffered an ankle sprain. He did return for the fourth quarter, but was visibly hobbled.
