Love, Aldridge Jockeying For A Spot In L.A.

Over at HoopsHype, I go behind-the-scenes of the Kevin Love and LaMarcus Aldridge All-Star campaigns to see how two small-market teams work to get their players on the national map. The Timberwolves crafted a campaign called "Numb#rs" that focused on a viral video while the Blazers, of course, came up with "Send L.A. to L.A." Both teams launched multi-prong, multi-channel, months-long efforts, but each offered some interesting wrinkles.
