Scott Schroeder of RidiculousUpside.com reports that the Portland Trail Blazers will invite Seth Tarver and Jeff Foote to participate in training camp, which begins Friday. Tarver, a 6-foot-5, 215 pound guard from Oregon State, recently played professionally in Germany and is currently on the roster of the D-League's Idaho Stampede. He is 23 and was undrafted out of college. Foote, a 7-foot-0, 265 pound center from Cornell, is currently on the roster of the D-League's Springfield Armor.
