Why we should have high hopes for this season

As we look into this year's season, one should, take a long look at the Blazers potential.

We played the NBA champs as tough as any team did in the playoffs, yet we were without Center strength, and shooting Guard's were injured, also.

This could be changed this year, the way I see thing G Oden will be healthy for the playoffs. Wes$ will have 2 good ankles, BRoy will have a chip on his shoulder. Portland's dream of a 2nd title could be a reality.

Our teams roster, Point Felton & Smith with some point forward Batum, Shooting Guard Wes$, Broy, Eliot Williams, Batum, will be stronger than it was last year. Small Forward of GW, Batum, and hopefully we could see a little bit of are sharp shooting rookie? Power Forward has LMA the stubbed All-Star, with back ups of Camby, GW, Chris Johnson, and Nico all this even without free agents yet. The Blazers weak point was center last year Camby, can give good quality min's. but not all that's needed so with free agents such as Prizbilla our center spot could be solid, until Greg gets his legs under him again. Versatility is a watch word for the 2011-12 Portland Trailblazers.

I know that there still is a lot to worry about, injuries have made the last few years dreams fall short, and Paul will need to cut payroll, but not this year. The dream of a B Roy, LMA, and G Oden championship is still possible but only for this season, things change in the NBA. The new CBA's penalties will be addressed, but next please!
