ESPN.com's John Hollinger Profiles Blazers

135
John Hollinger of ESPN.com (Insider) has posted his player profiles for the Portland Trail Blazers. Always a must read. --------------------------------------- [LaMarcus] Aldridge blew up with a career year, setting personal bests in both TS% and scoring rate. In other words, he upped both his usage and his efficiency, a difficult feat. ... While one is tempted to think that [Greg] Oden will never, ever be healthy, history says otherwise. Virtually every player in history, no matter how injury-prone, eventually got through at least a couple of seasons healthy. ... The most disconcerting part of [Brandon] Roy's season was that he was actually worse after his return from injury than before it. ... [Gerald] Wallace is an odd fit in Portland -- a transition player on a half-court team, and a poor shooter on a team that already has shooting problems. --------------------------------------- ESPN.com has a blogger roundtable too. -- Ben Golliver | benjamin.golliver@gmail.com | Twitter
