Chicago set to sign Rip Hamilton; Bulls Looks to be Really, Really Good
"Former Detroit Pistons All-Star Rip Hamilton is expected to arrive in Chicago on Wednesday night, sign with the Chicago Bulls and practice with his new team on Thursday. Rip Hamilton joins the Bulls after nine seasons in Detroit. The Chicago Tribune reported Hamilton will sign a two-year deal for $10 million, and the third year is a team option with partial guarantees on $5,150,000." Well, it looks like a decent contract for Rip, and the Bulls filled a roster spot that they had big problems with. It looks like if Rose and Boozer have good seasons then this team may be really, really good. via Nick Friedell, ESPNChicago.com
