Despite a great effort from the home team, Miami shot 57% from the floor and won yet again, their 21st win in their last 22 games. As Kevin Pelton noted on twitter, LeBron James outscored the Blazers 19-16 after the 3:08 mark of the fourth quarter.
The Blazers have won only one overtime game in the last 26 months.The lone victory occurred last February, a win over Dallas that featured 52 points from Andre Miller.
