What about reuniting Oden and Conley?

I was looking at some stats on the NBA website and noticed that Michael Conley averages more pts/rebs/asts than Wes Matthews so far this year and it got me thinking.  One - I didn't realize he had progressed so much.  And two . . . since I still feel Oden's lack of mental toughness and desire are more of the obstacle than the actual health status of his knee, I wonder if reuniting him with his high school and college buddy might renew a sense of purpose and passion.

I love the movement and pace of the offense now and I am a bit concerned that when/if Oden ever returns he might slow it down.  Although I've lost hope that Roy will ever be the same, I still got to believe that a healthy and PASSIONATE Oden is our only way to reopen our championship window without blowing up the team and starting completely over again.

So . . . could Conley reignite the big fella?
