P.S.: This, by the way, is my best shot at a compromise. Suffice it to say, people on both sides of the proverbial coin don't appear to want a compromise. I wish one could be found, but I doubt it. Ugh, it makes me irritated with people. Yeah, it's junk -- for the lack of a better term -- like this that makes me want to give up and walk away.
