I personally really like Nate McMillan.  He gets the players to show up to every game, he seems to be able to adapt his system to the strength of the players he has (since Roy has been out), and he seems like a good guy.  I do think his offense is simplistic, but the D has been greatly improved this year. 

However if he does not come back, is there any way we could get Rick Adelman.  I wish there was a way we could steal him from the Rockets.  I feel like he would be awesome coming in, especially if we can get a few more key pieces and a healthy roster.   

Does this make sense, or is it even possible?  Or am I just talking out my backside?
