Agent Andy Miller on Monday morning said he is unsure if his disgruntled client will report to the team’s media day activities, which start at 1 p.m. at the Rose Garden.
"He is in Portland,’’ Miller said of Fernandez. "But whether he decides to show up or stay in his hotel - that’s up to him.’’
