Technical Foul rules expand

Yersterday at the annual NBA referee's meeting changes to technical foul Guidelines were announced:

• Players making aggressive gestures, such as air punches, anywhere on the court.

• Demonstrative disagreement, such as when a player incredulously raises his hands, or smacks his own arm to demonstrate how he was fouled.

• Running directly at an official to complain about a call.

• Excessive inquiries about a call, even in a civilized tone.

From an article by Henry Abbott of ESPN:

Guess they are going after the whiners. I wonder if this is includes coaches?

Macmillan has been critisized and praised in the past for not addressing fouls with the ref's enough.

What will the reaction be when all the calls seem to go one way?

What players or coaches will have troubles with this change?

How will this rule change affect the Blazers?
