The CSN schedule now shows the Blazer FanFest will be broadcast live at 6 pm on Friday Oct 1. It was also broadcast live last year but I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere yet this year.
Tickets to the FanFest are also free at any Wells Fargo office, but if you can't attend at the Rose Garden, or want to DVR it to watch again later, it's on CSN.
