Frank Isola of the New York Daily News is reporting that the Portland Trail Blazers will travel to New York to face the Knicks on October 30th, in the Knicks' home opener. ------------------------------- The Knicks will open the 2010-11 season the way they ended the 2009-10 season; with a game in Toronto. A team source tells The Daily News that the Knicks will face the Raptors on Oct. 27 and will play their home opener three days later against Portland. ------------------------------- It is not yet known whether this is Portland's home or road opener too.
