I am a Blazers fan who lives in Kansas City.  I am in Portland and I am looking for a local place to get some blazers gear since it is pretty impossible to find things like that in KC.  Do you locals have any recommendations of where I can find a good selection of gear?  Is the store at the Rose Garden open during the off season?  I appreciate all the help, and I apologize if this is not the right place ask this question.
