Seems like a lifetime ago that I last made a JD, but it was just two months. Of course, it wasn't a standard two months.

So, as many of you know, I just had a hernia tear repair surgery on Friday. I've had two of these in the past five year. They are the suck and are caused by the structural flaws of the male anatomy. Besides that, I also had tubes put in my ears when I was like 3. This is the extent of my personal surgical past.

What about you? Any surgeries worth noting? And how about the metaphorical surgical removal of a GM that would actually be the last member of the coaching/management staff that I would have chosen for removal? Dude's not perfect, but I'd put his successes and his instrumentality to the team's success on par with anyone and certainly above the non-playing staff.

Of course, I'm only speaking metaphorically; only elitists discuss basketball in the Junk Drawer.
