Raymond Felton

There are not too many quality PGs available this year, but the best of the group has to be Raymond Felton.

There is a good chance a team like the NY Knicks overpays for Felton's services, but his stats last year appear to make him a good candidate for POR.

Strengths per SB Nation: A fast and unselfish playmaker. Has the physicality to penetrate and finish well while drawing a lot of fouls. A ball-hawk on defense who isn't easily bodied. Can be a lead scorer when needed. Has worked to improve his game.

Weaknesses per SB Nation: Can be very streaky offensively (posting big point totals one night then disappearing the next). Isn't the rebounder he could be.

The Blazers would not rely on his offense, and have plenty of rebounders. He is in his prime, as are most of the Blazers. He may need to take a pay cut, but it's a good fit. Perhaps the Blazers could work out a deal with the Bobcats to get a deal. Perhaps that deal could include Gerald Wallace as well.
