LeBron and Bosh to join Wade in Miami
Steven A. Smith reports several sources claiming LeBron and Bosh are set to join Wade in Miami. If that happens do the Portland Trailblazers have enough firepower to compete with Miami?

don't buy into any of the speculation and hype - NO ONE knows yet
this blurb says he’s going to Miami – then immediately turns around and says that it’s not sure and no one is 100% on what will happen
you have to remember, the biggest and ONLY NBA news at the moment is free agency- and ANY headline that claims it knows where a player is going gets major traffic – so everyone is speculating
Don’t listen to any of it until Lebron announces it himself

They don't have to somebody to compete.
They just need to be able to play 40+ games and he won’t be there problem.
[insert witty nomenclature and/or out of context quote from someone that makes more money than I]

I hope it happens
And they implode.
If what I just commented turns out to be wrong, please delete from all memory.
I can't really see the 3 of them getting along over an 82 game season year after year...
and I don’t think LeEgo’s ego is such that he feels he needs Wade’s help getting rings… people will always say, ‘Yeah, but he couldn’t get them without Wade." I don’t think that would sit well with he that is himself.
Being insistent when you're wrong is just really, really annoying.

I'd think the last few years have taught LeBron that he can't do it himself.
If he hasn’t realized that yet, he never will.

I would love to see this happen
and then watch all three of them point fingers at each other when they lose in the 2nd round. There arent enough minutes in a game for James, Wade and Bosh to each get their 15 shots per game in, if this were a custom made team on xbox or playstation and you were to simulate every game, you’d probably go 80-2 if not 82-0, and on paper this team would be unbeatable, but in live action, this team ends up beating themselves and losing. Go ahead and team up together
it worked for the Celtics
and same was said about them
very, very, very big difference...
the Celtics had 3 guys nearing the end of their careers who had all experienced incredible amounts of losing. It was all or nothing time for them. These 3 guys are just hitting their primes with mixed results so far.
Also, of the Celts’ 3, KG was the clear alpha dog. Who’s the alpha: James or Wade? Wade’s a Finals MVP and owner of a ring, and Miami has been his team for ‘x’ years. He’s not just gonna play 2nd fiddle to James suddenly.

"His team" would barely exist anymore, since they would be dropping nearly everyone
But good point anyway.
Disclaimer: everything I know about basketball I learned on Blazersedge.
And 2 days ago
It was a ‘done deal’ that James and Bosh would both be signing in Chicago.
Tomorrow I fully expect a report that the pair will be going to the Knicks……
And, honestly, there’s a part of me that’s glad that I’m not a fan of one of these teams – can you imagine the heightened sense of expectation and growing sense of disappointment that they must be going through every time one of these ‘incontrovertible’ sources releases the ‘real’ plan?

There are reports that Lebron is going everywhere
and I don’t like Stephen A. Smith or take anything he says seriously
Get well Greg! Rip City is still behind you!
Screaming A. Smith is not a reliable source of information.
"I think he’s been doing some good things. I think he’s been doing some good things. He’s had to play a lot of minutes lately with Blake being out. I think he’s been doing some good things." -Nate McMillan
Let's be fair now
I think he does as fine a job as you would expect from a hand puppet…..

Portlands Firepower against the new miami!!
were we kidding when we see the question if Portland will have enough firepower to deal with them if they all go to miami!!!! we couldn’t handle Labron by himself let along with wade and Bosh!!!! lets hope it dooesnt happen from a Blazers point but if it does it wil be fun to watch!!!!! I agree when they lose they will blame each other…of course there is the riley factor if anyone could bring them together he could……
True, but will Bosh be happy as a third option? All the best players doesn't mean they will all work together.
Healthy Greg Oden, with Camby in the mix, our paint is shutting it down.

Last year Lebron said he would use #6 instead of 23
So he’ll probably go to a team that retired jersey number 23. Miami’s retired Jordan’s jersey so why not.
