We've got a lot to look forward to from this team. Everything will have Nate's stamp on it, KP wants to impress his next boss, and we all know there is someone in this deep draft to address what WE see as the big needs. What is it folks?
At point we have the talented Miller. He's an excellent player but hampers spacing and it's not set in stone that he can push the tempo faster or codominate with Roy. We also have the mercurial Bayless who could be any number of things for this team should he get his head in the right spot to fulfill his potential.
At SG we have the indisputable Roy and a couple of characters we all feel a little queezy about (Fernandez and Webster)
Then there's Batum-about-to-BOOM! at SF who could use an offensive dynamo backup to give him a little breathing room.
PF is a matter of faith it seems. Some have faith in Aldridge, some do not. Most believe Cunningham is going to prove a solid backup for years to come. So if drafting PF wouldn't we want to go for a pricier pick?
Center is hobbled a bit with Pryzbilla out of the picture for the moment and Oden making another comeback. Thank Pritchard for getting us Camby! Pendergraph needs some time to learn some moves I think most would agree.
Given the bigtime nature of this draft for KP and the cusping Blazers, what position needs filling with a bang?
