I promise I won't keep asking questions but this topic is crying out for discussion. Monty Williams has departed. As Jason Quick reported, both Dean Demopolous and Joe Prunty are gone. Between Williams and Demopolous that's both lead assistants departing within a week. And there may be more turnover yet. The questions being begged:
1. How significant/important is this level of turnover on the coaching staff? What are the Blazers trying to accomplish and what kind of side effects might these moves have?
2. What qualities/skills do you think are most important in the coaches who will replace the old staff? What areas would you like to see addressed?
Have at it. I will chime in as the day goes along.
