This is kind of a hypothetical question, but let's say Bosh for example wanted to come here.  Let's also say that someone like Mike Miller wants to go to Toronto, the Raptors want him and both agree on around 7 mil. per year.  Is it possible for the Blazers to use their mid level exception to sign Mike Miller with the understanding that he'd be dealt to Toronto as part of a package for Chris Bosh?  Is that possible?  Doesn't necessarily have to be those players, but could we do something like that?
