ESPN Playoff Predictions
I would love to see this, obviously a win in the finals would be better, but I was pretty happy when the Playoff Predictor put Portland in the Finals.
Beating Dallas, San Antonio and Utah.

According to the playoff predictor Portland has almost no chance of beating anybody
& that’s including Dallas…. But I would be okay with the blazers making it to the finals for sure! How many simulations did it take you to get that far, 50 maybe??
I managed to get the Mavs into the finals on my third try
But usually it’s the Lakers, Jazz, Cavs, or Magic. Which seems realistic.
.38*.36*.2 = 2.7%
That’s how often we would get this far, by these odds.
0.38% chance that we win it all. Keep clicking.
Disclaimer: everything I know about basketball I learned on Blazersedge.
(Not counting that the opponents will change)

I actually used that predictor yesterday
Portland won the championship on the second try! It was a small miracle.
It was against The Heat.
…what are those odds?

I did the same thing!
second try except it was against the hawks
It seems like accuscore works better for college than pro hoops
I played around with that thing for a while, and it seems to like upsets more often then they actually happen in the playoffs.
OR
Both the east and west are WIIIIIIDE open based on regular-season performance and we’re in for a lot of upsets in a few weeks. My blazer-fandom hopes this is the case; history says it won’t be.
