Sportando reports that Portland's first round draft pick last year recently stated he plans to stay in Spain through next season... ----------------------- Victor Claver, in an statement released at El Mundo Deportivo, said that he wants to stay in Valencia next season and play Euroleague with the Spanish team. "Now we have reached the Euroleague. Where should I go?" said Claver. "I can't explain how big is the emotion when you win a title with your life team" added Claver who was drafted 22nd overall by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2009 NBA Draft. "I don't think at NBA right now. I renewed by contract with Valencia because I want to grow and improve with them". ----------------------- This news isn't surprising as Claver is just 21 years old and enjoyed a breakout season this year.
