We will win without Roy
First of all, I'm clinically insane, false... And there is no second. Nate feels more comfortable playing up tempo when Roy isn't around, fact being our line-up actually fits that mold way more than you'd expect. Name 3 other big men outside of LA who get out as fast on a fast break? There aren't any, not to mention if we play Rudy at the 1 which I assume due to the lack of good play of Bayless Nate will have to do. Also in his later years Nash can't guard anyone we have at the 1, so there it is. attack and kick. I know that is the PHX game plan.. but in this case, beat fire with fire. We have a better driving point guard and our outside shooters are more proven. I think most people will pick the suns in this series but seriously I don't think Brandon (in this series) means the world.
Any consolation, I don't remember writing this, BUT THAT IS HOW MUCH I BELIEVE!

well sure, clinically insane
Portland could coast along with their superior talent and stay right with us. Now that Portland woke up, the hammer cometh down.
Bayless > Daffy Duck after 3 cans of rockstar
grrr... I know I hit preview there and not post... oh well
Anyway, I think we have a good chance of beating them as well, but I kind of winced at a couple points there. First of all, yes we run more without Roy, but the bigger advantage is the motion offense, sure we will still have Miller isos instead of Roy isos, but we should have more motion with rudy/web/batum in the wings.
Also, the few minutes Miller rests, I believe both Rudy and Bayless will be in the backcourt and share playmaking duties. This seems like it would work, but hasn’t done well, so Miller will be playing lots of minutes.
I love what miller does, but saying he is better at driving than nash, even if its to pass, seems a little off. And our outside shooters being more proven isn’t even close I’m afraid. Fernandez, Webster, Batum and Bayless have all been known to catch fire, but are not exactly proven, at least not as much as Nash, Richardson, Dudley, Frye, Barbosa etc.
I would be much more comfortable if Roy was healthy (pre-hamstring) but its just another link on the chain for the season, so I’m confident our team will step up and Roy will be waiting for whatever poor unfortunates meet us in the second round. Who knows? Maybe this is just what Roy needs to rest his hamstring to be fresh for the l@kers (if they are still around)

Lol
Everything after your post, including the Fanpost stuff on the right, is now italicized. I wonder if I can close it in my post.
Should be fixed now.
We own the season series
Not only with Phoenix but with every team we will face until the western conference finals. AND we have beaten every one of the team on our side of the western conference bracket….on the road without Brandon Roy and Without Marcus Camby
yep
beat them all,
we are not going down easily against anyone in our bracket

Poor kid...
In psychology we learn about defense mechanisms people use to make them feel like they will win when they clearly wont. One of them, that duckyou clearly exhibits, is denial.

The common tangent that Suns fan use to base their predictions
on being victorious is that they are a much better team now. They must not have been paying attention because so are the Blazers. In fact, if the Blazers hadn’t of benched everyone against the clippers, we would have been tied for records since the AS break. Their arguments are thus invalid.
