If you read the details....
That simulation is done with the Removal of Brandon Roy from the playoffs. And they still make the finals. The simulator would have increased the percentages if Roy were still active.

This is really surprising
I take that website pretty seriously, as they’ve had prediction success in the past. The Blazers with that high of a chance to win in the first round is very surprising.
