Okay, right off the bat, I want Nate for Coach of the Year. Not just because im biased but because he truly deserves it. I could go on and on, on all of the reasons Nate deserves COY but you already know them all. I just was browsing ESPN and I know its just their opinion but I saw this post and it really bothered me.
Nate got 3 out of 20 votes. Is this some kind of conspiracy? How is it even possible a team that will be lucky to hit 50 wins has a coach even being considered for COY? After what Nate went through with this team this season, to be where we are at record wise is a testament to his coaching abilities. And Yes, I ranted about the COY thing last year too.
Anyways, to skip all the maddening crap talk, I want to get to my questions for you the fans. Do you think the criteria for COY voting is the way it should be? Do you thing the voting system is the way it should be? SHould the whole system be scrapped and changed for soemthing new? If recycled, whats the new system? Should fans vote? SHould fans be allowed more than 1 vote? Should only coaches vote on COY? Maybe owners or gms? Let me and others know what you think.
And Please, take this poll:
