Dallas:

Dallas has clinched the SW division
Dallas can clinch the 2nd seed by:
   1) beating San Antonio
   2) losing to San Antonio, but getting at least one Utah loss
   3) losing to San Antonio, but having Denver beat Phoenix
Otherwise, Dallas will finish 3rd
Dallas cannot finish 4th or 5th

Denver:

Denver will win the NW division and the 3rd seed by:
   1) beating Phoenix
   2) losing to Phoenix, having Utah beat Phoenix, and having Golden State beat Utah
Denver will get the 4th seed if Phoenix beats Utah and Denver
Denver will get the 5th seed if they lose to Phoenix and Utah wins both their games
Denver cannot finish 2nd

Utah:

Utah will win the NW division and the 3rd seed by winning their final two and having Phoenix beat Denver
Utah will get the 2nd seed by doing the above and having San Antonio beat Dallas
Utah will get the 4th seed by beating Phoenix and having Denver beat Phoenix
Otherwise, Utah will finish 5th

Phoenix:

Phoenix will get the 3rd seed by beating Denver and Utah
Phoenix will get the 4th seed by:
   1) beating Utah and losing to Denver
   2) beating Denver, losing to Utah, and having the Jazz beat Golden State
Phoenix will get the 5th seed by:
   1) losing both their remaining games.
   2) beating Denver, losing to Utah, and having Golden State beat Utah

Portland:

Portland will get the 6th seed by:
   1) beating Golden State
   2) losing to Golden State but seeing the Spurs lose to Dallas
Otherwise, Portland will get the 7th seed
Portland cannot finish 8th

San Antonio:

San Antonio will get the 6th seed by beating Dallas and having Golden State beat Portland
Otherwise, the Spurs will finish 7th
San Antonio cannot finish 8th

Oklahoma City:

the Thunder have finished 8th. They finish last in all 2 and 3 way ties with Portland and San Antonio.
