Sick, Sick joke from the NBA store. I ordered that, and got this:

If the image doesn't show, It's a KB24 Jersey. I asked if I could set it on fire, but they said I wouldn't get my money back and/or my proper order if I did.

The NBA Store clearly doesn’t think the Blazers actually exist. My girlfriend ordered a customized sweatshirt, with the Blazers pinwheel on front, and Rudy’s name and number on the back, and the confirmation email said “one adult small Houston Rockets custom sweatshirt.” she had to call and argue with them for a long time, because, turns out they had actually processed the order as a Rockets sweatshirt. She told them to cancel the order, and then a month later or so, a package arrived from the NBA store, fortunately it turned out to be the Blazers one.

Yeah, I think their warehouse is not run so well

My order, receipt, shipping label, etc. all have the right thing on them. Just the wrong shirt in the box.

I have to return the jersey they sent me via UPS (they are providing the label, so it won’t cost me), but they’re not going to ship the shirt I ordered. It has to be treated as a separate transaction. They’ll refund this order (one week after they receive the Kobe jersey back!). I have to re-order the shirt and pay again, even though my refund on the first won’t come for some time.

The (other) catch, they want me to wait until Thursday to reorder, because they suspect I’ll just get another Kobe jersey if they don’t have time to straighten out the nonsense going on in the warehouse (Kobe jerseys in the Portland T-shirt bin, I guess?). Weak Sauce. For all this, I get a whopping 10% off my order. Yay. Thinkin’ about scrapping the whole deal at this point.

It's too bad

You have to imagine they are processing several orders per day, which, on one hand, maybe excuses the mistakes, but on the other hand, being the official store of a major sports association which sells a very large amount of merchandise, they really should get their stuff together. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the attempt at giving us a Rockets sweatshirt was just after they had knocked us out of the first round last year.. So it was almost worse than getting a Kobe jersey…
