Our problems have mostly arisen out of double teaming. We double somebody, then Denver either buries a wide open three or a cutter gets a layup. Maybe we should try single coverage and make them get tough shots?

I hope that they can bounce back from this god-awful performance. However, this team is never going to enter this “championship window” everyone talks about until they learn to play perimeter defense… especially Roy. He’s so damn lazy at the defensive end of the floor, it’s maddening!

is every few plays you go over and talk to the ref for 30 seconds or better yet, do the Kobe beg/pray

The good news is
we play Golden State on TNT this Thursday.
we lost last time in oakland.
but this is different. they have only 8 players. 4 of them d-leaguers.
they got a hardship exemption and called up a d-leaguer
the last game in GS and they beat us easily. we’re AWFUL in oakland.
That was back when GS was a playoff contender
not exactly the case anymore.
the were not a contender last year
and i think we played and lost there twice last year didn’t we? i believe one was the game where oden got hurt going knee to knee with magette.
he can just rest
and come back in with 2-3 min left

but LMA didn’t even attempt to rotate on that Smith layup. Roy is having a bad game, but at least he looks like he’s trying to do something. This is the worst effort I have seen from LMA all year, and it’s disappointing because he’s way better than that.
