A message to Roy

When you are 6’6-6’7 and have a 40.5inch vertical, do not softly put the ball on the glass for a 6’11 guy to erase it. STUFF THE DAMN THING. he had a great run up to the rim only to go soft off glass that got rejected.

It's frustrating how other teams shut down Roy so much easier

than we shut down Melo or whoever we play’s best player is

by axel360 on Mar 7, 2010 8:24 PM PST up reply actions

But it seems like a season long trend

part of it is Roy not being aggressive, the offense can be stagnant and we don’t play good team defense. There’s been a lot of games where the other team didn’t have somebody who can guard Roy but he doesn’t attack like how pgs and sfs when Batum is out attack us.

drives that he had last year…do not seem to be there this year. Seems much less athletic this year. Defense is really bad.

Part of being a coach is getting them to play hard

most coaches get fired because they lose the team’s ear. That’s why you have guys who win coach of the year and are gone within 2 seasons.
