-Everyone know the blazers lack the "killer instinct"
-If they are forced by the defense to make a different play than what the game-plan is (ie: Suns Zone), the blazers lose confidence in their ability.
-Excellent players, and excellent teams to not do this, they CONFIDENTLY adapt (example: LeBron, Kobe, even Durant) and their teammates follow
-Coach needs to get his players to have the mentality that they need to go out and "ball hard", expecting to win. That should be their primary focus. And the game-plan should be how they can most effectively win the game against that particular opponent.
-This was so obvious last night with the blazers 3 point shooting. Every time out Nate said to attack the basket. When the blazers did get an open look at a 3 you know in their head they didn't shoot it confidentially because it wasn't the game plan.
-This was also evident with the missed free-throws down the stretch.-If they play more loose and confidentially, they will begin to just score.
-There is too much stressed in exactly what needs to happen, and not enough confident swagger.
