The thread is up early today but don't forget that the game also starts early, at 6:00 local time. Strategize how to beat Chris Bosh, speculate how sweet it would be to see Hedo Turkoglu get pwned tonight, and share whatever other game-related stuff comes to mind here.

My favorite part is when the Blazers win, I download the Raptors broadcast and listen to them

Responding to “one area he’d like to improve in his game:”
Going left, probably, and putting the ball on the floor. I think I’ve shown I did work this summer on getting to the basket. And I think going left, too — I think I’ve gotten two or three and-1s going left. I think I will make it where I can go right or left, evenly. Like, not really go left sometimes because they are forcing me to go left. Just being able to read and go either way any time in the game. And I think being able to isolate at the elbow and actually go off the dribble and make my own shot. Right now, I probably do one or two dribbles. But I want to be able to do more to make teams not be able to take me out on the post. Then I can just go out on the elbow and get the ball and then make teams pay from there.

I hope he improves his dribbling this offseason
if he’s going to spend a lot of time playing away from the hoop I’d like to see his handles improve so he can attack guys facing the basket.

This pretty much sums up part 1
I’ve learned with more accolades and contracts comes more criticism. It’s people from looking from the outside and putting judgment and not really knowing the whole situation and knowing what’s going on with the team and everything like that. They’re just guessing from the outside in, and not knowing what’s really going on.
Take that, LMA -bashers! You may think you know, but you don’t know what’s really going on
LMA has a good head on his shoulders. I like how he’s learning to let criticism roll off his back, some guys (cough Rasheed cough) never get over playing the angry young man role

No Blazer game until Friday?
I’m going to go through withdrawals around Wednesday. I was planning on having a lazy Sunday, but I’ll hang out in the game thread. It’s like when a video on Hulu is going to expire in 12 hours, so you watch it because you may not get to see it for a few months even though you just watched it a few days ago. As for the game, I don’t see why Hedo should be motivated against the Blazers by any sort of hatred. Our offer made the Raps give him more money. Shouldn’t he love us? How about you tank it to give us an easy victory since we’re responsible for you getting at least 10 mil more.

the sports channels here in Hong Kong are seriously showing NFL games from December and January.

Being as I don’t believe in your existence, per se, I don’t ask for much. But please, please bend your wildly unpredictable personality to make HK Television show the NCAA basketball tournament as it’s happening and not in June.
